Native Americans

A number of tribes have made NE Colorado their home including Cheyenne and Arapaho.

The Fort Morgan Museum houses, and has on display, an amazing collection of lithics that are visible in these drawers.

Over the winter of 2006 the Fort Morgan Museum fell prey to a thief who was stealing items from small museums.  These items were found, and returned to the museum just over a year later.
